No. Under carzytime's rules, each person may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts using the same name, mobile number, email, or payment method is a violation and puts all associated accounts at risk of permanent closure.

You can update your email and some profile details yourself in Account Settings. To change your mobile number, contact the support team and complete identity verification. Name changes from registration are generally not permitted.

Carzytime may suspend or close an account for the following reasons:
  • Managing multiple accounts
  • Registering with incorrect or false information
  • Bonus abuse
  • Using another person's payment method
  • Suspicious financial activity

KYC (Know Your Customer) is an identity verification process. A copy of your NID or passport may be requested for large withdrawals or if suspicious activity is detected on your account. It's also an important safeguard for your own security. KYC is not required for regular use.

Yes. To permanently delete your account, email support@carzytime.bet. Your account will be closed within 7 business days of the request. Please make sure you have no pending withdrawals or remaining balance beforehand.

Wagering refers to how many times you need to place bets before withdrawing a bonus. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with ×30 wagering means you need to place a total of ৳30,000 in bets. Bets across various games count toward this requirement. Slots generally contribute 100%, while Live Casino games contribute 10%.

Carzytime uses decimal odds. For example, odds of 2.5 mean that a winning ৳1,000 bet returns ৳1,000 × 2.5 = ৳2,500 (profit of ৳1,500). Higher odds mean a lower chance of winning but a bigger payout.

You need to allow app installation from "Unknown Sources" on Android. Go to Settings → Security → Unknown Sources and enable it. Alternatively, go to Settings → Apps → Special Access → Install Unknown Apps and grant permission to your browser app.
